Returns Policy – Wifey Studio

We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, here’s our returns policy:

1. Non-Personalised Items:
We accept returns on non-personalised items within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please contact us via email to initiate a return.

2. Personalised Items:
Due to the custom nature of personalised products, we do not accept returns unless the item is:

• Damaged
• Faulty
• Incorrect (e.g., wrong name, colour, size due to our error)

If your personalised item meets any of the above criteria, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.

 

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
