Production & Delivery Times

Personalized Items

• Production time: 2–3 business days
• Delivery time (UAE): 1–2 business days after production

Non-Personalized Items (e.g. Sweatshirts)

• Delivery time (UAE): 2-3 business days from the date of order

Large or Bulk Orders

• Please allow additional time for production and delivery. We’ll contact you if timelines need to be adjusted based on your order size.
  

Delivery Costs

• UAE Delivery: AED 25 flat rate
• International Delivery: AED 180
  (Customs duties, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.)

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and delivery timelines.
